Rebecca Sanchez, has worked within the real estate industry for over 10 years and obtained her real estate license in 2004. This opened the door to many opportunities but once Rebecca grasped the concept of a section 1031 of the tax code, she knew it was a skill that would help many.  Rebecca has coordinated thousands of exchanges while working for the largest nationwide Qualified Intermediaries.  Her level of customer service is unmatched and she is willing to go the extra mile to ensure clients understand how they can defer their capital gains.  Prior to starting in real estate she studied communication which helped her become an effective presenter in the topic of 1031 exchanges. In 2015, in partnership with Stephen Rogers, she formed Trinity 1031 Exchange Services to address the need for personalized tax deferred real estate exchanges.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband who is also in the real estate industry and her three young children. She is active member within her church and the school PTA.
